• Health Declaration Form will be sent to you by email within 72 hours of your arrival date. Please be advised to check the arrival date carefully. And wait for your approved Health Declaration Form.
• Like if your arrival date is 18th the approved form will be sent to you on 15th or 16th or 17th. So please wait for it. If you did not get it at that time please contact us.
